After almost 20 years as managing director of the Baltic Sea Resort and the development
and establishment of the companies Yachtwerft Kröslin GmbH, Marina Kröslin GmbH and
Kröslin Yachting GmbH at the top of the German maritime economy, Falk Morgenstern
founded his own company First Class Yachting GmbH with two other partners in autumn
(FCY), of which he is now the managing director, and he established hid consultancy firm
the “FalkMorgenstern – Consulting”.
The graduate lawyer successfully managed successfully for many years the fortunes of the
companies in the Baltic Sea Resort, developed the location into the first 5-Star-Marina
in Germany and successfully expanded the area of services and sales of maritime
products, as well as the sales of sailing and motor yachts.
After leaving the Baltic Sea Resort, he was quickly followed by some of the leading
sailing and motor boat builders and so he founded First Class Yachting GmbH (FCY)
together with two other partners with a focus on trading in high-quality sailing and
motor yachts, as well as catamarans, maritime services "all around the yacht" and
exclusive yacht charter and skipper training at home and abroad.
Companies quickly approached him to consult Mr. Morgenstern as a consultant and/or
interim manager. Falk Morgenstern continues to work as a surveyor for sailing and motor
yachts throughout Europe and is Chairman of the Board of the Marina Network Association
and Supervisory Board of the German Federal Waterport Association.
